‘Taking Inspired Action’
This brings together the intention and the goal ~ we must take action everyday towards where we want to be. This is the big difference between people who just “dream” of their goals and people who take action towards them and become successful.
Discover what you actually need to do and stop wasting time with actions that get you nowhere.
Taking action towards your goal simply means you take a single step ~ big or small. This has 2 positive effects on you, it takes the performance pressure off as you understand that any progress forward is good progress which in turn keeps you positive and motivates you to taking further action.
Secondly as you continuously create momentum forward it increases as you keep going.
Some actions we could take towards the intention I showed you earlier on the week:
“I live my life in radiant health, filled with the boundless energy and the vitality I need to enjoy life to the fullest”
- I exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days a week
- I plan nutritious meals each night for the following day
- I write down 5 new things I am grateful for each night
