Find something that really helps you to unwind ~ it might be meditation (there are lots of free guided audios for you to try), reading a book, walking on the beach or in the woods, enjoying coffee with a friend, soaking in a hot bath or perhaps cooking makes you feel relaxed. Try some things out, see what works for you. You will be amazed at the ideas that spring to mind when you have completely switched off.
Knowing how to relax is so good for the body, mind and the soul.
If you do what you love, you will find this is the best way to relax.
If you want to relax, watch the clouds pass by if you’re laying on the grass, or sit in front of the creek; just doing nothing and having those still moments is what really rejuvenates the body.
Once you get to that point when you can just be yourself and relax, you’ll become so much happier in general.
