‘Your Happy Place’
To think and write our affirmations we can’t be in a bad mood, sad, or in a grump, we need to be feeling good.
Find a comfortable position and think of a time in your life when you felt on top of the world. A time when you faced your fears and came out the other side completely victorious. Maybe you had a huge achievement where you thought, “If I can do this, I can do anything”.
Remember how it felt to accomplish those amazing things when you had put your mind to it. Take a moment and just stay with that.

  • You are capable of great things
  • You have the passion and fire to do anything you set your mind to
  • You are unstoppable

So now you are feeling amazing it’s time to write your affirmations. Tomorrow we will do a great exercise for this.
