In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today?
There are many exercises and tools to help us get rid of this mental junk, Emotional Freedom TechniqueMeditation, Theta Healing or a great start is to simply write down what it is you think is holding you back. Or have a conversation with someone. Today make up your mind that you will start to release some of this negative stuff you don’t need anymore.
Clear out all the mental junk which you’ve been lugging around and is holding you back. The release is incredible and leaves you free to move on.
