~ Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. ~
Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given.
Are you still keeping up with your gratitude diary? This is something that will stay with you for life, one way or another. Gratitude will become so much a part of you that you will find yourself throughout the day feeling good about things and being thankful. Guess what….. you will attract more things into your life to be grateful for so life just gets better and better.  The diary really is twofold, it reminds us every day to think about what we have and not to focus on the negative of what we don’t have. Also on those dark difficult days when we are struggling to think of anything positive in life we can flick back through our books and see all the things that we do have which will instantly lift our mood.
