In my coaching courses I go into the 5 different brain waves and how they all affect our every day lives but just for now I want to talk very briefly about the theta state. The Theta state is absolutely fascinating and is the brain state you are in during hypnosis and that time of deep sleep whilst dreaming. In the Theta state your mind is most capable of creating a deep and profound connection to your intuition.

Theta is also the state you are in whilst you are just waking up and you’re still half asleep, on the border between the conscious and subconscious world.

This brings me to share my morning ritual……. Every morning before I open my eyes I have my goal at the forefront of my mind ask myself the question, ‘What can I do today to move closer to my goal?’ It just takes a few seconds, I may get the answer there and then, it may be in a few minutes when I am in the shower, or on my morning run or even much later in the day. But the important thing is I always get my answer in the form of an idea coming to me, a certain person will come into my life or I will just ‘know’ the next step.

So ask, let go and trust! The results are amazing. I have done so much work now on the Theta state, I am now an advanced Theta healer and very happy to help anyone interested.
