~ All great acts are ruled by intention. What you mean is what you get ~
‘Setting an Intention’
At this point I did find myself sleeping a little better, I had more energy and generally felt happier and lighter.
Today we are going to set an intention. This is important so you know where you are going in life. It’s a bit like setting out on a car journey with no directions on how to get to your destination, you’ll be wandering aimlessly around and it will take you take ages to get there. So many of us live our lives like this…………..
You need to choose an area of your life that you want to make a change with (the results do overlap into the other areas as I discovered!)
Money & Career – you’d like to take your job to the next level or start a new business
Health – includes overall wellness, creating more energy and vitality or perhaps weight loss
Love & Relationships  – finding your soul mate or putting the spark back into a relationship
Friends & Family – perhaps you’d like to meet new people, create closer connections or perhaps give back to the community
So what do you need an intention for?

  • Start a new relationship
  • Re-ignite the spark in your current relationship
  • Land a better paying or more fulfilling job
  • Launch a dream business
  • Improve your health
  • Wake up feeling more alive and energetic

An intention is your long-term vision for your future, it’s the big reason WHY you have your goals. Without an intention we get discouraged, lose momentum or give up. The intention is the energy behind your goal. I’ll give you an example of an intention:
“I live my life in radiant health, filled with the boundless energy and the vitality I need to enjoy life to the fullest”.
So your goals could be any of the following:
Reaching a specific target weight
Participate in a certain athletic event
Run a mile in under 6 minutes.
To set the intention, make sure you are a in a happy place, if you’re not feeling great try this. Take 5 minutes, find a peaceful place, close your eyes and think of at least one thing you are grateful for today. You will start to feel better and ready to formulate your intention.
Write out your intention in the present tense eg: I am………..
Well done, you’ve set an intention that you will read aloud every day!
