~ Energy and the Full Moon ~

Dear Everyone,
Practicing this exercise will have extra power during the full moon, but even doing it for just a few minutes each day will help you feel balanced, peaceful and full of positive energy for the day ahead.
This is why, if you want to harness the power of the full moon and use it to your advantage, it’s so important that you’re in a balanced and peaceful state when it occurs, so that you can receive its energy in a positive way.
You see, the full moon is about reaping the benefit of the harvested fruit, which is why it’s a great time to practice gratitude, detox your body and also let go of things, thoughts and energy that are weighing you down.
Now one of the best ways to cleanse, activate your chakras and let go of things, is through meditation. So today I’d like to share with you a quick yet powerful exercise that will help you do just that the next time there’s a full moon.
First, take off your shoes and find a spot where you can comfortably sit while feeling the earth beneath your bare feet – this could be a grassy area, the beach, or even a wooden floor.
Then, breathe in deeply until you can’t hold any more air inside your lungs, pause for a second and release all the tension in your face and your body.
Then with every inhale you take, imagine yourself being covered with beaming pure light coming from the universe and as you exhale, guide this energy towards your legs and imagine submerging it into the ground below you.
As you continue, with every inhale visualize being showered with bliss, love and gratitude and with every exhale focus on letting go of stress, worry and sadness.
