The time will pass anyway.
‘ Lack of time’ – a very common challenge people come up against on their journeys in my experience.
~ Time is free but it’s priceless. You can’t own it but you can use it. You can’t keep it but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back. ~
I’m sure we’ve all had the experience of not having enough time and too much to do. It’s true that you can’t get more time but you can choose to spend your time in the places that matter most.
There are three things you can do here – ask yourself what are my top 3 priorities for the day? Just focus on these three. There are only 24 hours in a day so it’s essential to learn how to prioritise tasks effectively if you want to manage time better. If you cross more than 3 things off your list then that is a bonus!
The second question to ask yourself is – what distractions are eating up my valuable time? These days there are endless distractions that prevent us from being highly productive. Things like – emails, TV, surfing the net, texting, instant messaging, Facebook, twitter and phone calls etc. Look for activities that aren’t important or urgent for you. This is why it is so important to be really clear about what you want for yourself in life.
The third thing is to add a powerful affirmation to your daily practice – ‘Time expands to meet my needs’. Once this is implemented into your daily routine just see the difference in your relationship to time!
Just think how much you could get done if you had that time back!
