~ The Secret of my Life Though is to Fall Down 7 Times and Get Up 8 ~

Today I would love to share with you just a little bit of inspiration as you go about your daily business, keep these words below in mind and see what comes up for you.
It’s only through my ‘falls’, those times I’ve failed, the dark moments, the internal struggle etc that I am where I am today and incredibly grateful for all those difficult times because they have truly made me stronger, happier and given me such clarity and vision for life which I wouldn’t otherwise have. The amazing thing is we can all have this if we so chose! This is the driving force for me in the work I do.
~ The Secret of my Life Though is to Fall Down 7 Times and Get Up 8 ~
If you feel you are falling, stand up again and there will be a time when you will stop falling…………….
You could look at it like you are simply tripping- however hard you hit your head.
Yes, you cannot stay down forever if you make the effort to pick yourself up. Sometimes even when it is too hard to stand up, simply stretch out your hand and some good “samaritan” will finally lend you a hand, you don’t have to do it alone.
Misfortune can never be permanent if you are ready to take the extra step to fight it off. The power of the mind is truly inspiring and awesome.
Yep, I have fallen a few times and sometimes I’ve fallen very hard. Learning why you fall is important too. Giving up is the ultimate failure. When you understand what is happening when you fall it’s at that point you learn and grow and you can be truly grateful for your ‘falls’ as I am today.
‘It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down but how many times you get back up.’
‘My own experience has taught me this: if you wait for the perfect moment when all is safe and assured it may never arrive. Mountains will not be climbed, races won or lasting happiness achieved.’
‘Good people are good because they’ve come to wisdom through failure. We get very little wisdom from success, you know.’
‘What doesn’t kill me, makes me stronger.’
‘I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.’ ~ this has to be my favourite quote by Thomas Edison and the light bulb.
I hope these have been of some inspiration to you, especially if you feel like you have ‘fallen’ today. There is help and you needn’t be alone.
