‘When you focus on what you want everything else falls away’
If you aren’t happy with what you are getting out of life it is important to recognise what you are focusing on. You need to understand what your thoughts are and how they are affecting your behaviour.
What we focus on is what we get more of. So if you are constantly focusing on weight, you will gain weight, if you are focusing on a lack of money you’ll get more lack etc.
Just for today watch your thoughts, just try and be aware of some of those thousands of thoughts running through your mind.
